I didn't come to leadership coaching from the outside.
I co-founded and ran 4D Design for nearly 30 years, an exhibition and events agency delivering global brand projects under the kind of pressure that tests every leadership decision you make.
I know what it costs when a leadership transition isn’t handled well. When a new MD or founder takes the helm of an established business and the team beneath them keeps running from the old playbook.
