Leadership Coach & Consultant for Creative Agencies

I co-founded and ran 4D Design for nearly thirty years an exhibition and events agency delivering global brand projects under real commercial pressure.

I know this industry from the inside. The client dynamics, the delivery pressure, the margin conversations, the leadership decisions that sit alongside all of it. I've made them all.

I also know what it costs when a leadership transition isn’t handled well, when a merger creates a team with no shared language, when a new MD inherits a business that runs on someone else’s culture, when the right people are in place but nobody has built the infrastructure for them to operate as a team. I’ve seen it from the inside. And I know what it takes to build something different.

As a qualified coach I've designed the Above the Line framework on established coaching methodology not just experience. The combination of nearly thirty years inside the industry and a rigorous coaching foundation is what makes the work both commercially grounded and deeply effective.
