Shaped by three decades inside agency life, and grounded in a simple behavioural lens that helps leaders see when they are operating above the line, on it, or being pulled below it as responsibility grows.
This work is not about titles, authority or hierarchy.
It is about how you think, decide and show up when the moments start to matter more and when your leadership begins to shape outcomes, culture and commercial reality in ways that are not always visible at first.

They struggle because brilliant doers are promoted into leadership without ever being taught how to lead in their new role.
The transition from delivering great work to leading others through it is rarely acknowledged. Expectations shift. Responsibility expands. Decisions start carrying consequences beyond the task in front of you.
In an industry that moves at the speed of clients, pitches and production schedules, how a leader shows up becomes either the stabilising force or the commercial risk.
At this point, leadership is no longer about expertise. It is about judgement, behaviour and the impact those choices have on people, delivery and the business as a whole.
Is where leaders stay close to delivery, carry too much themselves and make decisions from habit, reassurance, fear or avoidance.
Is where leaders step back just enough to see the wider system, trust their own judgement and make choices that hold standards, protect relationships and reputation.
I spent nearly three decades inside 4D Design, working across global brand exhibition and event design projects in fast-moving, high-pressure environments.
I progressed from Project Manager to Client Services Director and Board member, responsible for teams, clients, delivery, standards and the leadership decisions that sit just beneath commercial performance.
That experience shapes everything I do. I understand the transition from being the expert in the room to becoming the person others look to for judgement and direction . The point where responsibility widens, decisions carry more weight, and how you handle people starts to shape outcomes as much as the work itself.
Alongside this lived experience, I am a life coach. My work blends professional coaching practice with deep, practical understanding of agency life as it is actually lived day to day.
Clients often tell me the value comes from being able to step back, see situations differently and think things through with someone who understands the personalities, pressures and realities of agency leadership.
The work is practical, considered and grounded in real decisions leaders are facing with their teams, clients and the business.
The Leadership Line grew out of that intersection.
Today, I work with senior leaders who want to strengthen their judgement as responsibility grows, so they can lead teams, delivery and commercial outcomes with intent and steadiness when it matters.
This is not just leadership theory. It is thoughtful, trusted coaching from someone who has led inside agencies, understands what is at stake, and knows how much impact the right conversation or decision can have.
Agencies evolve fast, and each team needs something slightly different.
These solutions give you practical entry points into The Leadership Line from insight, to behaviour change, to long-term leadership development.
